Explode Workout – What it is and what it is not…

Alright, so you’ve seen a little bit of information about Arnel Ricafranca’s new “Explode Workout” workout plan that’s hit the streets.  You may be wondering what it REALLY is, getting beyond just the hype that you’re likely to read about ALL OVER the internet right now, and if this is the right workout program for you.  So let’s first cover a very simple topic, “what it is and what it is not…” and how that relates to YOU as someone who is looking for some great workout training that you can use to build up your arms or abs or wherever.

Explode Workout is a full featured program.

What I mean by that is that it comes complete with a nutrition guide, meal plans to help you melt that stubborn stomach fat or wherever your fat likes to gather (lets face it, most people want to find workout programs that will help them bust their gut into something they can be proud of!)  It is not JUST a workout plan that you follow a few times a week, it includes the other areas of support that any good strength workout or beginners workout should.  It also comes with some nice features for today’s world, like videos that you can quickly and easily download and throw onto your iPod or iPhone (or iPad, now I guess!) to take with you wherever you go (even if it is just into a different room because your daughter is too busy watching PlayHouse Disney and doesn’t want to be interrupted by your workout schedule.)  It comes with handy audio’s too.  Everything can be loaded on to your iPhone or other cell phone and accessed on the go.

I personally have been VERY thankful for the slightly more up to date delivery method, compared to some other workout programs that are still just a quick pdf with some diagrams.  Or even worse, and actual PRINTED book with diagrams that you would have to lug around.  Ugh!

Another thing worth noting, this is not a heavy weightlifting program.  If you are an experienced body builder, you’re not going to be starting here.  This is a program designed to get you STARTED and to help you do exercises that will build your overall body and core strength and help your metabolism skyrocket.  It is designed for maximum fat burning potential and designed to do so with MINIMAL time spent workout out.  It is not a “go to the gym and spend 3 hours every day” type of workout program, and you should be thankful for that!

Lastly, this is NOT a lazy man’s workout.  Wanting to accomplish in less than 30 minutes per day, 3 days per week what many people spend 1-2 hours each day and NEVER accomplish is NOT lazy, it’s just SMART.  Work smarter, not harder.  But I’m not going to lie to you, you WILL be working hard during those short bursts of intense “smart” exercise.
